Terms of Use and End User License Agreement
1. Definitions
"Application" refers to Estate Organizer and all its associated content, features, and functionality
"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Application
"Owner" refers to the copyright holder and creator of the Application
2. Grant of License
The Owner grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Application for personal use
- Use the Application's features and functionality as intended
- Store and process data through the Application
3. Restrictions
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code
- Redistributing, selling, licensing, or commercializing the Application
- Transferring their rights to use the Application to any third party
- Using the Application for any commercial purpose
- Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
4. Ownership
- The Application, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Owner
- No ownership rights are transferred to Users through their use of the Application
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Owner
5. Terms of Use
- The Application is provided free of charge for personal use
- The Owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time
- The Owner may update these terms at any time with reasonable notice to Users
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
- The Owner may terminate this license at any time if Users violate these terms
- Upon termination, Users must cease all use of the Application
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
